The international news agency Reuters, on Friday 4 March 2022, announced the launch of the real estate project of the Emirate group Abu Khatar. This investment costs nearly 5 billion dollars, and will be held in Tunis.
The project includes hotels, golf courses, flats, etc. Although the economic crisis has weakened profits and resources, this project will be a beacon of hope and rescue for Tunisia’s economy. That said, this project will have benefits and will prepare the ground for refreshing the economy and will offer job opportunities for the youth. Fingers crossed, we should never give up, the best is yet to come. This “big step” will also mark Tunisia’s prosperity, development and success. And most importantly, the idea of this project starts on the right foot and strengthens investment and international relations, known as “close ties”. In spite of the difficulties, Tunisia is “back on track” in a fair and sustainable way.
